CNW Award Winners - 2018/19
Date of Event Cricket North West: Fri Mar 29, 2019 6:00PM

Cricket North West celebrated the achievements of players, clubs and officials at its Presentation Evening on Wednesday March 27.  The event was held at Ulverstone District Cricket Club, with Darren Kerwin as the MC.   We thank UDCC, Darren and CNW Board members for their help on the night.  

 

Here is the full list of award winners:

 

CNW Under-15’s

 

Batting Award: Lachlan Cowan (Devonport) – 355 runs @ 177.50

Bowling Award: Axis Scolyer (Wynyard) – 14 wickets @ 7.71

Wicket-Keeping Award: Connor Dennis (Latrobe) – 11 dismissals: 9 catches, 2 stumpings

 

Player of the Year: Axis Scolyer (Wynyard) – 732.5 points

Statistics: 375 runs @ 53.57, HS  53 no, 14 wickets @ 7.71, BB 6/13, 6 catches, 2 run outs


CNW Under-17’s

 

Batting Award: Samuel O’Mahony (Devonport) – 395 runs @ 79.00

Wicket-Keeping Award:       Brayden DeVries (Ulverstone) – 5 dismissals: 5 catches AND

                                                James Webster (Devonport) – 5 dismissals: 4 catches, 1 stumping

T20 Player of the Year: Benjamin Chettle (Wynyard) – 195.50 points (126 runs, 2 wickets, 3 catches, 1 run out).

 

One-Day Player of the Year: Samuel O’Mahony (Devonport) – 471 points
